Check your internet speed (min. 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). Restart your router. Try switching to a wired connection. If the issue persists, contact support and we'll switch you to a different server.

Double-check username and password from your welcome email (copy-paste, don't type manually). Ensure your subscription is active. Contact support with your order email to verify.

Channel not loading or black screen

Try refreshing the channel list in your IPTV app. Restart the app completely. If one specific channel is down, it may be a temporary broadcast issue — try an alternative stream for the same channel.

EPG / programme guide not showing

In your IPTV app settings, check that the EPG URL is populated. Trigger a manual EPG update/refresh. Allow 5–10 minutes for the guide to load completely.

Clear the app's cache and data in your device settings. Uninstall and reinstall the IPTV app. Ensure your device firmware/OS is up to date. Contact support if the issue continues.
